Services

We provide performance marketing services such as ad strategy, campaign setup, optimization, landing page/CRO guidance, WhatsApp follow-up systems, and AI creative production. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/email/proposal).

No guarantees

Advertising results depend on multiple factors (offer, pricing, market demand, seasonality, sales process, response time, and platform changes). We do not guarantee specific revenue, number of leads, or sales.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, access, creatives/brand assets, and approvals on time.
• Follow up leads promptly and professionally.
• Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and industry regulations (e.g., RERA for real estate where applicable).

Payments

Service fees are paid to BuzzCraft Media as agreed. Advertising spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta/Google) unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Late payments may pause work until cleared.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, creatives and deliverables produced by us for your brand can be used by you for your marketing once payments are cleared. We may showcase non-confidential work as portfolio/case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzCraft Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous 30 days for the relevant service.

Third-party platforms

Meta, Google, and other platforms have their own policies and may change, restrict, or suspend accounts. We are not responsible for platform decisions outside our control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction is Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise required by law.
